Galadari’s Motors Division delivered a Building and Leading Teams module as part of the Leading the Galadari Way programme for new managers and newly promoted team leaders. The session focused on aligning leaders around a consistent approach to managing teams, while strengthening the core leadership skills needed to build accountable, high-performing teams. Participants gained practical insights and tools to help them lead effectively, support collaboration, and drive team success from the outset.
